BEST SOUP IN ALBUQUERQUE PICKED AT SOUPER BOWL Albuquerque, NM - January 27, 2009 – This past Saturday at the 2009 Roadrunner Food Bank Souper Bowl, judges and attendees selected the awardees for their soup and dessert of choice. This year’s event featured more than 35 restaurants that brought samples for attendees to enjoy. More than 1,000 guests attended the event and sampled an array of delicious desserts and voted for a favorite soup. Six judges decided the winners of the Critic’s Choice Awards. Live music by Hip Pocket entertained the more than 1,000 guests as attendees sampled soups and desserts. Attendees were among the first to see the new Roadrunner Food Bank facility. The Souper Bowl is held annually the Saturday prior to the NFL’s Super Bowl. Souper Bowl 2009 participating restaurants included:
