We encourage individuals and families to donate food items to the Food Bank when they can.  Although, there are various food drives that you may contribute to during the year, you can donate food to us at any time.  Lots of people donate when they are moving or reorganizing their kitchens.  Some folks just make a trip to the grocers and buy food to donate and others pick up a few extra items when they're shopping.

Come down and see us!

We invite you to bring your donation down any time we're open.  It's a great opportunity to see the Food Bank at work.  If you or your family are interested, we can arrange a facility tour while you're here.  (DIRECTIONS)

Pick ups

If you have a large quantity of food items to donate - 250 pounds or more - we can make arrangements to pick up your donation.  Due to the number of pick ups, our schedule, and limited number of trucks, we generally cannot pick up donations less than 250 pounds.  If we do schedule a pick up, please note that it may be 2 to 3 working days before we can get to your home.  Our individual pick ups are generally scheduled between noon and 4:00pm.  To schedule a pick up call Jesse at 505-349-8690.
