FOOD AND FUND DRIVE DOCUMENTS:

FOOD DRIVES COST MONEY
The Food Bank pays for the fuel in our trucks and the time a driver spends delivering and picking up every food donation. Please help us be more cost efficient by hosting an Online Food Drive. Also, consider using your own boxes to collect food and bring your donation of food to the Food Bank (M-F 8am to 4pm).

FOOD and FUND DRIVES
Businesses, faith communities, schools, service organizations and individuals are encouraged to host food and fund drives. Your support is critical in ensuring we have the necessary food during the cold winter months.

You can use your own boxes or borrow Roadrunner Food Bank collection barrels. If you plan to collect 250 pounds or more of food than we can drop barrels at your location before the start of your food drive and pick them up once the barrels are full. However, if you think you’ll collect fewer than 250 pounds we ask that you use your own boxes and bring your donations directly to the Food Bank (M-F 8am to 4pm).

ONLINE FOOD DRIVES
An Online Food Drive alleviates the need for scheduling barrels and reminding participants to bring food. Participating is simple and quick by making a gift in just a few minutes. All you need to do is provide us with the name(s) of your team or department. We will add your name to our online donation form and provide a giving link for you to send to your contacts so they can make a gift on behalf of your team. We will track donations and report the total to you. APPRECIATION AND AWARDS
During the Holiday Food and Fund Drive we are busy tracking and calculating every pound of food and gift received. As part of our thanks to you, the Food Bank will recognize top participants in several categories.
