Eyewitness News 4 Holiday Food Drive

Watch KOB TV throughout the month of November to find out more about the Holiday Food Drive and how you can participate.  Turn in to KOB TV on November 22^nd at 4 pm and learn more about hunger and those in our community who are helping to make sure New Mexicans who are hungry have food this holiday season.

GOAL: To collect 1 million pounds of food to feed hungry New Mexicans this holiday season.

DATES:  November 1, 2008 through November 23, 2008 for major activities.

MAJOR FOOD DONATION SITES:

• All Smith’s Food and Drug Stores in New Mexico will be accepting donations of non-perishable foods from November 1, 2008 through November 26, 2008

• Presbyterian Healthcare Locations in Albuquerque will be accepting donations of non-perishable foods from November 1, 2008 through November 20, 2008

• Albuquerque Uptown (at Louisiana and Indian School) will be accepting donations of frozen, refrigerated, and non-perishable foods on November 22, 2008 during the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm

• All Albuquerque Metro Area Starbucks Coffee locations will be accepting food donations November 24, 2008 through December 19, 2008

• Roadrunner Food Bank (DIRECTIONS) will be accepting all food donations during our regular operating hours
