Partner orientation is the first step in the process. We hold orientation three times a year, in April, August and December. Orientation allows you to tour our warehouse (5840 Office Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109), receive information about our programs, discuss best practices and learn more about the application process. At the conclusion of orientation you’ll receive the link to apply online to become an agency. It is recommended that you participate in the orientation in person; however, teleconference options are available for organizations that are unable to travel to Albuquerque.

Food banking has some complex concepts that might be confusing at first. We’ll review these in detail during orientation and get you a copy of each of these documents on-site. If you’re interested, you can review the Orientation Handbook and FEED workbook in advance.
Multiple staff/volunteers from your organization may attend, but only one RSVP form should be submitted per organization. RSVPs are only accepted through the online form; we do not accommodate phone or e-mail RSVPs.
