 2 tbsp Oil
 4 Small Squash
 1 Can of corn
 ½ cup Diced Tomato
 ½ cup Chopped Green Chile
 5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
 Lime Juice
 Salt and pepper to taste

1. Chop and dice squash, tomatoes, green
chile and garlic.

2. Warm oil in a large pan.

3. Add garlic and squash.

4. Cook until squash becomes tender.

5. Add corn, tomato, green chile, lime, salt
and pepper.

6. Heat and stir together.
