Healthy Calabacitas

 1 tbsp oil
 2 small squash
 ½ can corn
 ¾ cup diced tomato
 ¼ cup green chile, chopped
 2 ½ garlic cloves, chopped
 lime juice, to taste
 salt, to taste
 pepper, to taste

Warm oil in a large pan (cast iron, non-stick, etc)

Add garlic and squash to pan

Cook until squash is tender

Add corn, tomato, green chile, lime, salt, and pepper to pan

Stir until cooked through
