This fresh radish and cucumber salad is the perfect summer salad.
1. Rinse cucumber and radishes then dice cucumber, thinly slice radishes, and chop dill.​
2. Using your hands or a fork, crumble the feta. Combine the cucumber, radishes, and feta in a large bowl.​
3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk briskly to combine.​
4. Top the radish salad with the vinaigrette and dill and stir to combine. ​
5. Serve immediately or let rest for 10 minutes to allow flavors to combine before serving.
