Restaurant staff: Park in the overflow parking areas near Singer and Office. Parking is limited; please encourage your staff to carpool.
Parking in front of the Roadrunner Food Bank building is reserved for ticketed guests.
Soup Storage
Each restaurant will have two burners and no cold storage at your booth. Roadrunner staff will label your cold soup or dessert with your restaurant’s name and store them in shared cold storage until needed.
Volunteer Support
Every restaurant will have a volunteer assigned to help you during the event. These volunteers are employees of our sponsors and other dedicated groups of people who are donating their time on a weekend to help– just like you! Volunteers are there to assist with retrieving supplies, grabbing your food from cold storage, and serving.
Roadrunner Staff Support During the Event
Should you have any questions during the event, Roadrunner Food Bank staff are here to assist you! Just look for someone in a green staff shirt.
Leftover soup?
In the last ten minutes of the event, we will be selling 20 oz. to-go containers to guests who will bring them to your booth to be filled. Filling the containers is an easy way to help us raise additional funds and prevent leftovers if you do not want to take any remaining food with you. Roadrunner cannot distribute any leftovers you leave behind.
