All news releases, promotional items  or other marketing assets using the Roadrunner Food Bank name or logo either online or in other materials must be approved by our communications team in advance. Please send your request by email with appropriate time to respond back to you.

When referencing any research released by Feeding America or Roadrunner Food Bank (as its local member), please contact us for requirements on how to appropriately cite or reference the research. This includes any materials found online, printed publications or other marketing or public relations assets provided by Roadrunner Food Bank or Feeding America.

If you are requesting to take photos inside or outside our facility, it is important to contact us in advance of your visit.  We need to understand the use of the still or video images being taken and used.  Plus, there are other groups, organizations and minors are often inside our building and we will need to go over parameters during your time at the food bank.  Please contact us two business days prior to your requested visit so we can best understand your need and work to accommodate the request.  Thanks!
