This fresh radish and cucumber salad is the perfect summer salad.
1 Large English Cucumber
8 Radishes
4 oz Feta Chesse
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Chopped Dill

1. Rinse cucumber and radishes then dice cucumber, thinly slice radishes, and chop dill.
2. Using your hands or a fork, crumble the feta. Combine the cucumber, radishes, and feta in a large bowl.
3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk briskly to combine.
4. Top the radish salad with the vinaigrette and dill and stir to combine.
5. Serve immediately or let rest for 10 minutes to allow flavors to combine before serving.
