Join 96.3 News Radio KKOB for their annual Thanksgiving Radiothon to benefit Roadrunner Food Bank. Their team will be on air on Friday, November 22 and Wednesday, November 27th sharing the experience of people who experience hunger, stories from staff, thoughts from the community, and more. Tune in and take action by making a monthly gift in support of this event.
In addition, part of the 96.3 News Radio KKOB team will be broadcasting live from Steel Bender at 8305 2nd Street on Friday, November 22 from 1-8 pm and on Wednesday, November 27 from 3 pm – 6 pm. Supporters can bring in food donations, drop off a monetary donation, or make a gift online.
Several breweries in Albuquerque will also offer $1 off their house beer when customers bring in a food donation OR show a donation receipt indicating they made a monetary contribution to the food bank in the last week. Breweries include:
