On Saturday, November 19, we encourage Albuquerque community members to leave out a bag of non-perishable food at their mailboxes. Letter carriers will pick up food donations left at mailboxes and bring them to 11 different post offices across the city. Volunteers and staff sort the food donations on the dock and load it into trailers destined for the food bank!

Food donations are also accepted at post office locations during the week of November 14 and are always welcome at Roadrunner Food Bank during our business hours (Monday through Fridays from 8 am. to 4 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm).

Volunteers are crucial to this event, so we encourage you, your family or your group to sign up! To register, click here, look for “2022 Fall Food Drive” and select your area of Albuquerque (Northwest, East, North, South).

In addition to non-perishable food items, we also invite you to donate funds. Every dollar donated to Roadrunner Food Bank helps us distribute up to five meals to New Mexicans experiencing hunger!
