Pappas Restaurants’ Bite to Fight Hunger campaign is returning this year! The event kicks off Wednesday, April 20^th and runs through Wednesday, April 27^th. Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen will be collecting in-store donations and matching them dollar for dollar up to the $50,000. Funds collected locally will be donated to Roadrunner Food Bank! Every dollar donated can help Roadrunner distribute up to five meals to New Mexicans experiencing hunger.
