Looking for a filling salad? This broccoli salad is exactly what you need!

Yields4 Servings
 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
 ½ cup Sliced Red Onion
 ½ Grated Carrot
 ¼ cup Raisins
 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
 1 ½ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 ½ tbsp Maple Syrup or Sugar
 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 1 pinch Salt

1. Chop the broccoli into very small florets, thinly slice the onion, and grate the carrot. Stir together broccoli, onions, carrot, and raisins in a large bowl.​

2. In a small bowl, Whisk together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard and salt. Add to the vegetables and mix to combine. ​

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the broccoli to become soft (you can eat right away but the broccoli is crisp and has less of the traditional texture).​

4. Serve and enjoy!
