 1 lb Asparagus, stalks trimmed
 2 tbsp Oil
 2 cups Grape tomatoes, halved
 1.50 cups Mozzarella
 Balsamic dressing
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Basil for garnish

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a
baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place asparagus on one side of the baking
sheet, and tomatoes on the other. Drizzle
with oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook in oven for 10 minutes. Halfway
through, top asparagus with mozzarella.

4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven
and place asparagus on serving plate. Top
with tomatoes, balsamic dressing and basil.

5. Enjoy!
