1 Clove of Garlic
2 Cans Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 Lemon or lime, squeezed
2 tbsp Oil
4 oz Green Chile, chopped
12 tbsp Cilantro, chopped, optional
¼ tsp Cumin, optional
½ tsp Coriander, optional
Salt to taste

In a food processor, mince Garlic.

Add drained Garbanzo Beans, Oil and Lemon Juice. Pulse to blend.

Add Green Chili and its liquid, Cilantro, Cumin and Coriander if desired.

Blend until smooth.

Adjust salt and seasonings to taste.
