 1 ½ tsp Vegetable oil
 ¼ tsp Salt
  tsp Pepper

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

3. Peel off papery layers and trim off root end of onions. Cut onion into quarters.
4. Toss with oil, salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet.
5. Roast until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
