 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
 3 cups Cooked Rice
 ¼ cup Onion, Finely Chopped
 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 4 oz Diced Carrot Vegetable Cup
 4 oz Pea Vegetable Cup

Have all ingredients prepped and ready by the stove.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add Eggs and cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly and breaking up little pieces.

Add Garlic and cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

Mix in Rice and Onion, and, you guessed it, stir constantly.

Mix in Soy Sauce and Vegetables.

Cook 2 minutes or until the Vegetables are heated through.
