This recipe can be made primarily with canned food items, meat and other protein sources like sour cream. Serves 4-6 and can be made in 30-40 minutes or so.
2 White Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Cooked Chicken or Turkey
1 ⅓ cups Low Fat Milk
1 4 ounce can Chopped Green Chili
1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
6 tbsp Sour Cream (optional as garnish)

In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.

Reduce heat and summer, covered from 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

Top each serving with sour cream.
